I’m more than a little confused by your posting this Civitas report here under the guise of it’s being a critique of Migration Watches’ use of statistics.
Had you taken the trouble to read it you would have noticed that it is in fact a defence of their use of statistics and a rebuttal of an academic critique published in 2009.
